the best place to get a quick snack and pick-me-up! nice interior, free wifi, plenty of parking, always great and friendly service. my favorite food here is the fried tofu with the garlic soy sauce—it’s a great portion for the price and always cooked to crispy perfection. some nights i just order two and eat it for dinner. normally i get the strawberry milk tea, but today i tried a different smoothie, the honey peach, that just didn’t agree with my tastes. i let the ladies working know, and they immediately brainstormed and made me another drink that i loved for no extra charge. they were super kind and understanding, and made sure i tried and was genuinely happy with the new drink before leaving.

My friend took us here for her bday. We had amazing boba milk tea and snacks. The vibe, atmosphere, Milk tea boba and snacks are incredible!! Highly recommend!!! Staff is so friendly! Will definitely come back!

I've visited every bubble tea place in Livermore, and this is the best. Toothsome but tender boba, fresh tea, friendly, accurate service, low prices, and a bright, comfortable setting. Who could ask for more? The tonkatsu ramen is decent, but my favorite is the fried tofu bowl. Would prefer actual plates to plastic, but it is very easy to take to go. Get your card stamped for a free tea if you buy 9.

Great drinks and great food! Tofu rice bowl is my favorite! Everyone in our family loves it. I like the fact that they have both boba drinks and healthy food options. My go to fast lunch destination!

Cool thing about T4 is they make their Taiwanese-style milk teas & iced teas by how much ice and sugar YOU want. First time ever experiencing this kind of option in an Asian bubble tea place! Makes total sense when you think about it and much MORE healthier too! T4's extensive Chinese snack menu is awesome. Freshly made - not sitting under a heat lamp. They will ask you how spicy you want for certain items. Plus they also have additional condiments if you want to add more after you get your snack order. Two of T4's most popular snack choices are the Egg Puff and Basil Fried Popcorn Chicken (order it - spicy). Both are serve made-to-order, piping hot and are very addicting to eat. The Egg Puff is like eating a buttery eggy-tasting, hollowed out, Belgian Waffle that you tear a part with your hands. The deep fried Basil Popcorn Chicken is lightly battered with Panko, which gives it a crunchy, airy texture. The taste reminds me of eating a spicy basil flavored Tonkatsu. Staff is friendly and willing to help make menu suggestions. Place is super clean, bright with music videos playing on the wall monitors. T4 also has a frequent loyalty customer card - Buy 9 Drinks, Get 1 Free. There is a unisex restroom. But it doesn't have a diaper changing table in it. = (

The young gal working front register today was absolutely the SWEETEST . It was our first time there, and she let us know a few of the new specials going. We ended up trying the matcha lemonade, the coconut coffee, and their special fries. She brought it out to us since we have our dog, she even brought out a special pupcup for our dog. This is the type of service that I will definitely come back to. She's definitely a to your establishment.
